Method A
Be patience move 1 notch. move 7 notches/day.
Peter said, "Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?" Jesus said to him, ""I do not say to you seven times, but seventy times seven. " (Matt 18:21~22)
Seventy weeks are decreed about your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to put an end to sin, and to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, (Dan 9:24)
Jesus said to forgive 70 x 7 related to the purpose of Seventy weeks prophesy to put an end to sin.
Method B
Declare seven times I want to follow God's word, move 7 notches/day.
"I want to be forgiving......."
"I want to be Holy, ......."
"I want to be joyful......."
"I want to be patient......"
"I want to be faithful......."
"I will not get angry......."
"I will not complain......."
"I will not do evil......."
.......
These words that I command you today shall be on your heart, you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk, when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, .... (Deut 6:6~9)
-You shall have no other gods before me.
-You shall not make a carved image, not bow down to them or serve them

I want to forgive
And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. (Mark 11:25)
I want to be Holy
Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. (Heb 12:14)
I want to be joyful
A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. (Prov 17:22)
I want to be patient
Love is patient and kind; (1Cor 13:4)
I want to be faithful
Go; let it be done for you as you have believed！And the servant was healed at that very moment. (Matt 8:13)
I will not get angry
Make no friendship with a man given to anger, nor go with a wrathful man, (Prov 22:24)
I will not complain
You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord. (Lev 19:18)
I will not do evil
Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil. For the evildoers shall be cut off.(Ps 37:8-9)
